Richard Cawsey, B Ec (Hon)
Managing Director and CEO
Richard joined the Centrepoint Alliance board in 2006 as a non-executive director. He became managing director on March 1, 2007, when former MD Rick Nelson moved to an executive role as deputy chairman.
Richard has almost 20 years' experience in financial services, including senior executive roles with St George Bank, NatWest Financial Products and the ANZ Banking Group. He is a former MD of US investment bank Morgan Stanley, working in Europe, the USA and Asia.
As a youth, between school and starting his university education at the Australian National University, Canberra, Richard spent four years as an underground miner in far north Canada. He says the experience was valuable in learning how to
manage people, the importance of risk management and how critical good planning is in achieving goals.

Bob Dodd
Chief Executive Officer - Insurance Premium Funding
Bob has been a leader in the finance industry for more than 18 years, initially with Lombard (Nat West Bank) and then in sales management with GE Consumer Finance in the UK. He moved to Australia in 1997 with GE Consumer Finance and launched a new start up retail finance channel. Bob then moved to their commercial finance business in 1999 to lead the newly acquired premium funding business. After merging the GE and Pacific premium funding businesses in 2004 Bob joined Centrepoint Finance in January 2005. He now enjoys life with his family in Brisbane.
Bob and his team focus on insurance premium funding, a product distributed through insurance intermediaries in Australia and New Zealand.

Ian Magee
Director Finance and Treasury and Company Secretary
Ian is a chartered accountant who began his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in London and was subsequently with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia. He has more than 20 years’ experience in CFO and company secretary roles in ASX listed, public and private Australian companies in a variety of industries. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.
Ian was CFO and company secretary with Alliance for more than two years before the merger with Centrepoint and has continued in the same role for the expanded group.

John Wheatley
Director – Operations
John has more than 37 years' experience in finance, leasing and merchant banking in a variety of senior positions. More recently he held national management positions with ORIX Australia Corporation Ltd. John has acquired a wide range of skills and knowledge and attributes his success to old-fashioned loyalty. In his leisure time, John enjoys playing the piano, golf and photography
