Rob Rooke

Director

Rob has been involved in the finance industry in Australia since 1983. His expertise is broad and varied and he serves clients across a every aspect of industry both large and small. Rob is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a director of Natural Fuels Limited; a charity, Operation Rainbow Australia Limited; a major real estate brand and a partner in a financial consulting business.

Rob has served on a diverse range of public company boards, including those involved in research and development in the automotive and medical products sectors and gold mining. He spent over 10 years in Hong Kong where he was the senior financial manager for the international joint venture which won the first contracts for the construction of that city’s Mass Transit Railway, and was a board member of a major international construction materials business which supplied sand, cement, steel and aggregate.

Cheryl Wood

Cheryl joined Centrepoint Alliance with more than 14 years’ experience in the finance and banking industries. She is committed to customer satisfaction and service.

David Condon
Finance Consultant - Mandurah Region

David has a background in consumer and corporate banking in WA and Victoria. His 20 years as a licensed finance broker in WA have been primarily in commercial and residential mortgages and equipment finance.

Peter Miles

Finance Consultant

Peter specialises in residential mortgages. He has 25years’ experience in the finance industry and 10 years’ experience in real estate. Peter endeavours to arrange loans that best suit clients’ needs.

Murray Jackson

Finance Consultant

Murray joined the Centrepoint Alliance team in December 2005 as a mortgage broker. He has 22 years’ banking experience, and has spent the last few years in commercial, consumer and agri-business lending. Murray has also worked as a credit analyst.

Glenn Scotter
Finance Consultant

Glenn has more than 10 years’ experience in sales and service-related industries. For seven years, he worked in the construction industry in the domestic and commercial markets. Glenn’s knowledge of the industry has brought a great deal of expertise to the Centrepoint Alliance team.

Jeremy Doyle

Finance Consultant

Jeremy joined Centrepoint Alliance in April 2004 and has been involved in the Banking and Finance industries for  over  30 years.

He has extensive experience in Equipment and Commercial Finance having worked in Perth and Sydney with Barclays Bank and St George Bank. Jeremy is involved with clients spread over varied industries with special emphasis in the mining, civil contracting and transport sectors. Outside of work he is a keen paddler having competed for several years in the Avon Descent.

Larry Strange

Finance Consultant

Larry joined Centrepoint Alliance in 2000 and specialises in providing finance for Commercial property. He has an extensive lending background having served in the Commonwealth Bank for 31 years including 2 years in London in Corporate and International Finance. He is married with 2 children and enjoys a semi rural lifestyle tending to his 5 acre property in the Perth Hills.

Phil Adamson

Phil joined Centrepoint Alliance in 2001 having previously worked in the Banking and Finance Sectors for 25 years. He has extensive experience in Commercial and Property Finance specialising in Property Development, Business Finance, International Trade Finance and Equipment Finance.

Mark Fawcett

Finance Consultant

Mark joined Centrepoint Alliance in May 2007. Mark works with his clients in providing equipment finance solutions and has extensive broad industry knowledge including the transport and automotive industries. Outside work, he enjoys playing football and golf.

Craig Aylmore
General Manager
Insurance Premium Funding

Craig began his career with GRE Insurance (which later became Zurich Insurance) where he worked as an underwriter, an area manager and branch business division underwriter for 15 years. Craig managed the Perth branch of Hunter Premium Funding for four years and Highland/GE for a further two years. In February 2000, Craig joined Centrepoint Alliance and has worked in the WA market and the eastern states. Career highlights include building the business to a size to enable the successful listing of Alliance Finance on the ASX and the subsequent merger with Centrepoint Finance. Outside work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and cellaring and drinking red wine.

Jim Herzfeld
Business Development Manager
Insurance Premium Funding

Jim has had 24 years in the insurance industry, having had various roles with Zurich Australian Insurance over 18 years and four years as a business manager with AMP General, before joining Centrepoint Alliance in 2003. Those roles have provided a solid platform for understanding brokers’ requirements with premium funding. Outside work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and getting involved with his children's sports.

Mark has had 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, 25 years as an underwriter and insurance broker and the last 10 years in the insurance premium funding industry. Mark is well known and connected in the insurance industry and that recognition enables him to conduct business with a wide range of insurance and finance markets. He is an enthusiastic scuba diver and loves boating, fishing and a round of golf anytime.
